I jjohns the French roll, I am johms taking one star menj because they don't offer hot sandwiches (which I prefer with roast beef) and they only have two bread options. But they make up for it in the quality, also ordered was the #14 Bootleggers Club and the jim,y Italian Night Club.

All sandwiches were good! The bread was our favorite, especially compared to Subway. They also stacked the meat and cheese on (see my photo). The staff seemed cool too. I was obviously a newbie and they explained that the "Giant" sandwiches just johnns double meat and cheese.I see now jimmy johns menu other reviews that jalapenos are available to add, wish I knew that! The restaurant is clean and pretty big.First time coming here I kept hearing how good this place is. The lady in front of me was being helped and the employee seemed very patient with her. Asked her questions. Which I thought was nice.It's my turn now, I kohns up and it was like the whole mood changed. Maybe the employee didn't like my face, maybe it was a bad day for jikmy, who knows.

She was kinda impatient with me cause I didn't see on the menu what kind of bread they had. So she tells me and the look on her face was like I was annoying her with the question. Sorry, first time ever looking at the menu and apparently looked past your bread options. She gets my order and that was it. Got my drink and food pretty fast so I was happy about that.Came home to find disappointment all that was on my sandwich was turkey, jjimmy, lettuce, and tomato.

I remember the employee mentioning about freebies to the lady she was so polite too in front of me that I completely forgot to ask for more stuff on my sandwich. The employee never asked me what I want on it. It ended up being very good. The sweet roll was jikmy good and had a memu chew to it. Inside, there was salami, prosciutto, lettuce and onion mix, mayo, and a very light Italian dressing. It mfnu made my night. Yes, it was that good. This place is better than subway or sandwich spot.

When you have 1/2 an hour for lunch and you work at a busy hospital not getting lunch SUCKS. When I called to ask about jimmy johns menu delivery they were not apologetic at all. 3/12/2016I feel sad giving such a low rating but today Jimmy John's earned it. I've ordered Jimmy Johns to be delivered to my work multiple times with no issues.

Today I ordered and hadn't received my food about an hour later so I called. They said they didn't have a phone number for me so they didn't try to deliver the sandwich. My confirmation page clearly had my phone number and department in the hospital listed. They said they'd come in 20 minutes now hohns they had my phone number (which they already had.).

Ten minutes later they called back to ask for my credit card number since they had canceled the original order. At this point- I didn't want to deal with their dysfunction any longer and canceled the order. The staff member was not apologetic and rather jimny.

Disappointing! 9/5/2015The sandwiches are average cold cut sandwiches. Jimmy Johns has always been less about the perfect sandwich, and more about getting a decent sandwich to the right place at the right time.The convenience factor elevates Jimmy Johns to well above average. It takes less than 10 minutes to meju a sandwich in hand even well after midnight.It's a great alternative to the other options available to drunk folk on campus after midnight (which consist of pizza, burgers or donuts) 9/30/2015I'm done with Jimmy John's (this location in particular).

There have been two price increases this year, and now my sandwich, chips, and small drink runs over $10. But the final straw was today (9/30/15 right before noon), the cashier overcharged me by a dime (did not get a discount for buying the chips and drink). I wasn't concerned with the dime, but when I saw my receipt and informed the worker, he basically did not respond (and he never offered "I'm menh literally there are robots with more personality).

Yes I sound like a cranky 80 year old, but it is truly the principle of the thing; I expect some kind of apology when that happens. I have spent over $700 at this location over the last two years, and usually the employees are very nice, but ji,my in combination with jimmg price increases are the final straws.

I don't know why all these people are giving this particular JJ's one star. #1 I go there way too much because it's close and fast, I have NEVER been dis respected EVER by any of the staff. One thing I remember was the birds. There was a massive flock of birds that circled the garbage. Birds would descend, gather a piece of garbage, and jimmy johns menu return to the flock circling above. I remember being horrified that the birds johnw eating society's refuse.I will never eat jimmy johns again. The last time I ate a sandwich from this place, it literally induced a gag reflex.

Before this experience, I had eaten jimmy johns a handful of times-it was very close to campus and was cheap. I actually hada positive experience here: they had a special event where they offered $1 sandwiches. To pay $1 for a sandwich felt good, no matter how subpar the food was. That was when I thought this place was just another subway. How foolish of me.This place doesn't hold a candle to subway. The business model of jimmy jimmg doesn't allow for as jimmy johns menu customer choice as subway.

Why? It's because they think their johs for sandwiches are better than what you can create yourself. You know, mennu any respectable restaurant that would be fine. In fact, any respectable restaurant could actually pull off
